Registration Dates and Locations-
Saturday November 15th - Forest Glade Arena - 3205 Forest Glade dr.
9am - 12pm(Noon) & 1pm - 5pm
Sunday November 16th - Gino and Liz Marcus Complex - 1168 Drouillard rd.
9am - 12pm(Noon) & 1pm - 5pm
Sunday November 23rd - Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital - 1453 Prince rd.
9am - 12pm(Noon) - No afternoon session

For those families requiring assistance who reside outside of the City of Windsor, please contact your local fire service nearest your residence.

- Low-income families (based on government guidelines) requesting holiday gift assistance for children age 0-13 years old
- A parent or guardian who can present the original version of their child's Health card or birth record/certificate
- Must be a Resident of City of Windsor
- Families need to only attend one of the in-person registration days. Families cannot register multiple times across the different registration locations.
Required Documentation -
- Valid Government-issued photo identification of parent or guardian registering (Includes: Driver's license, Ontario photo card, passport, permanent resident card, citizenship card)
- Valid Health card or birth record/certificate of all children registering for gifts
- Most recent Canada Child Benefit statement, which includes household income and children's names
